NEW YORK April 29, 2008 -  The NBA playoffs haven't even progressed past the first round already two coaches have been fired, and one has stepped down.  Inevitably Isaiah Thomas was fired, followed by Sam Vincent, and most recently Pat Riley has left his post as Miami's head coach.
