Flyers OVER bettors dream in NHL

The Penguins look to take a 2-0 series lead on Sunday as the Battle of Pennsylvania resumes with Game 2 of the NHL's Eastern Conference final between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
The Pens took Game 1 by a score of 4-2 as a -210 favorite on Friday night. Both of Pittsburgh's big guns contributed in the victory, as Evgeni Malkin had two goals and an assist, while Sidney Crosby also found the back of the net.
lso scoring for Pittsburgh was Petr Sykora, who netted his fifth playoff goal. With the three points on Friday night Malkin is now the postseason scoring leader with 17 points. Crosby's goal was only his third of the playoffs, but along with 12 assists he's right behind Malkin with 15 points.
Both of the Flyers' goals in the series opener were scored by Mike Richards, who now has six goals and 13 points in the postseason. R.J. Umberger collected a pair of assists in the loss. Martin Biron had a shaky night in nets for Philly, stopping just 17 of 21 shots, while Marc-Andre Fleury kept rolling for Pittsburgh with 26 saves.
The Flyers caught a bad break before the series even began after it was announced that defenseman Kimmo Timonen is done for the entire series due to a blood clot in his left ankle.
The loss of Timonen is a big blow to the Flyers' blueline, and to the power play where four of Timonen's six playoff assists were recorded.
The Penguins are listed as -210 favorites for Game 2 at , with the total sitting at 5.5 goals. Philly has been a consistent OVER play all playoffs long, going 11-2 so far.
