Bet365 is a premier sportsbook with a great selection of sports as well as online casino, poker, and (for you old farts) bingo. They've got an even wider array of obscure sports to bet on than our #1 sportsbook, BetUS -- especially important if you've been missing out on futsal...
They've got really small minimum bet limits, but I don't really care about that. Betting $0.20 to win a quarter doesn't have any appeal.

Bet365 has a wide range of sports to bet on -- and even sports that I wouldn't bet on (like futsal). If you bet on soccer, they've got lines on pretty much any league you like so you're sure to find your fix.
Check out the all the sports they've got at Bet365 here.
In addition to sports betting, Bet365 offers poker, online casino games, and bingo.
They also offer a variety of online games to while away the hours, like Chain Reactors which is kind of a Bejeweled rip-off, and Monopoly (and yes, you can play for real money).
Bet365 supports a few different payment options, including credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only), cash transfer, and a variety of online payment processors.
Payment processors includes sites like Moneybookers, Click2Pay, and Ukash. I've had a few credit card payment issues with Bet 365, but I haven't checked any of these out.
I don't need to sign up for another online payment account, so I just do transfers instead.
So far, I've found payouts to be okay. The first time I got paid out, I got it credited to my credit card. Turns out this is a bad thing. I got a call from my credit card company and they gave me a bit of hassle on what the payment is for.
To save yourself some potential trouble, I'd recommend going for either check or wire transfer. You can also get paid out through the online companies like Moneybookers.
