The last time the Cowboys had a 10-win season, Mike Gundy was playing quarterback for them, who is now their current head coach. Ironically, they’ll be taking on Houston Nutt and the Mississippi Rebels. Nutt was a backup quarterback when playing at Oklahoma State, and dethroning the Cowboys who were inches away from a BCS berth would delight Mississippi as it searches for legitimacy in the log jam of emerging contenders at the college level.
