Pinnacle sports is a bit special in our sportsbook line-up. They've dropped down to our #5 spot from #4 as they stopped offering any kinds of bonuses or promotions starting Nov. 1 this year.

After talking to them, their whole reasoning behind this is that they're using that money instead to offer better odds pricing. So, instead of getting extra money up front and with your (inevitable) reloads, you pay lower margins with better odds.

Frankly, I don't know about you, but I don't hit every game I bet (I wish). I built up a decent bankroll, play, and if I win, I leave some money in my accounts to play some more and withdraw some.

And sometimes I lose (and lose big). When this happens and I need to make another deposit, I really like having a reload bonus available to me to add some extra cash to my account (that's one reason why BetUS is my main book).

Truth be told, I've found better lines on some games, but I don't play at Pinnacle anymore. When I lose, it's like I'm losing 60% more because of the lack of the reload bonus.

Another thing with Pinnacle is that their customer service has somewhat gone downhill. They've pushed more to supporting by email and have gotten rid of phone support. Not a good sign.
